The scoop about equipment!

Every sport we offer requires equipment. For some sports, equipment is provided onsite. For others, you will need to bring your own or rent some from JAM.

Do I pay for my equipment?

For a TEAM, we have plenty of equipment here for you to borrow! We've tried to make it as easy for you as possible. You pay a deposit and then you get to borrow the equipment. Use it for as long as you want. When you bring it back, we'll give you the deposit back. Easy!

As an INDIVIDUAL, all the equipment (if any) is provided as part of your registration fee. However, you will still need to pick up this equipment from us.

Please check out the table below to find out if you need to rent equipment, bring your own, or if the equipment is provided onsite. For equipment that you need to rent from JAM, please note that it is your team's responsibility to pick it up before your first game. Please communicate with your teammates to make sure this is covered.

How do I get (or bring back) my equipment?

Typically, the equipment will be stored on-site at the venues where your games are being played.

We will be hosting an equipment pick-up night on Wednesday, April 24th from 6-8 pm at Apple Self Storage, located at 1650 Dundas St E. Our League Convenor will be on-site by the loading dock in the parking lot for you to pick up your equipment. Please RSVP by emailing us at equipment@jamsports.com and we will have your equipment ready for pick-up! If you are unable to make our equipment night, please email us and we can make arrangements accordingly.

For some sports, within your league fee you pay a deposit for certain equipment. You are then required to keep this equipment and ensure you bring it each week. At the end of the season, you will return your equipment to the Ambassador and your deposit will be given back to you!

Please double check the league notes to ensure you know whether the equipment will be stored on-site, the LA will bring it each week, or if you rent the equipment and then are required to bring it yourself each week.

Do we need jerseys/uniforms?

The majority of our leagues do not require uniforms. We do however offer team shirts for a number of our leagues. Please double check the league notes to see if the sport you're playing offers this deal! For TEAMS, there is a promo code that is sent out if you sign up by a certain date, so be sure to check the league notes for the deadline date! For INDIVIDUALS, a promo code is automatically sent to you and your teammates once the schedule of your season is posted and visible.
