- Like the majority of JAM programs, this is a self-officiated league.
-SPRING: 7 weeks.
- SUMMER: 8 week
- Two weeks of playoffs for all teams.
- 55 minute games.
- All outdoor ultimate leagues will continue to play regular point (not speed point).
