Please expect that our effort to get you back and playing may include some modifications to program formats before, during, and after play.

Officiated Status: This is an officiated league. All players are expected to conduct themselves with sportsmanship in mind. Referees have final say on all calls.
Game Length: All games are approximately 80-minutes in length.
Format: Co-ed 7-on-7. Recommended: minimum 2 female and 2 male players on the field.
Equipment: All equipment provided on site, including sonic flags... no more crusty Velcro flags!
Tuesday: 9 games, including 2 playoff weeks for all teams.

Games will be played at Applewood Heights SS (Bloor St and Tomken Rd)!
Contains four fully lit, high-end turf fields with mesh field dividers for top quality, uninterrupted play. This is how the game was meant to be played!
